21st Gala - November 2002
The 21st Annual American Friends of Jamaica Gala was held at the InterContinental Barclay Hotel in New York City. Honorees included Ralph and Ricky Lauren and Dorothy Carter-Bradford.

The Most Honorable P.J. Patterson, Prime Minister of Jamaica, presents Ralph Lauren the Jamaica Honor "Order
of Distinction, Commander (Honorary)" for his outstanding philanthropic efforts in education and medical services. Consul General Dr. Basil K. Bryan (left) read the honor.
