South Florida Gala

Following the strong tradition of the Annual New York American Friends of Jamaica Gala, the South Florida inaugural Gala was staged in 2005. Organized by a dedicated group of Jamaican Diaspora living in South Florida, the event has been recognized as a new tradition and a elegant evening of dining and entertainment in honor of Jamaica. The proceeds of the event create significant social impact by raising important funds distributed to Jamaican charities in education, healthcare and economic development.
